Single-Family House – Bucharest

Located in Sector 1, Bucharest, this project involves the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new P+1 single-family home. The intervention includes a partial connection to a neighboring building, refurbishment of the remaining existing volume, new finishes, full site landscaping, fencing, and execution planning. The proposal carefully integrates the new construction within the existing urban fabric, balancing contemporary living needs with spatial coherence and material continuity.
