This mixed-use project was developed under the BOG’ART RESIDENTIAL name, along with the Development team.

The terrain measures aprox. 4 000 sqm and it covers aprox. 140 apartments on 9 storeys,  with small retailers and an art gallery at Groundfloor.

The main idea of the project was combining art, leisure and living all together, in a fast pase growing comunity.
